Audio Artistry was founded by Marshall Kay and Kurt Pasquale in 1992. Marshall Kay Beethoven Active Crossover is the president of Audio Artistry and Kurt Pasquale serves as Vice President of Manufacturing. In 1994 Siegfried Linkwitz joined Audio Artistry as Vice President of Research and Development. Tom Hoffman is Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Audio Artistry's products are the culmination of more than twenty years of audio experience and experimentation with various loudspeaker concepts led by Audio Artistry's Siegfried Linkwitz.
